The house is 5 minutes walk to Streatham Common station, getting you to Balham in 5mins, Clapham in 10mins and London Victoria in 20mins.

THE HOME 🏡
This beautifully refurbished six-bedroom house is thoughtfully spread over three floors, designed with comfort in mind. It features a spacious kitchen and living area with all appliances and utensils ready to use—ideal for meals and socialising. 🥂

There are two shared bathrooms plus an additional separate toilet, ensuring convenience and plenty of facilities for all housemates.🤌

You would be sharing this home with an awesome group of friendly young professionals who will make you feel at home:

- Alexandra (29), Receptionist: Enjoys tennis, art, and long walks.
- Alex (30), Technical Director: Enjoys staying active and exploring the city.
- Matthew (25), Finance: Loves sports, the gym, and running, but also enjoys cooking, the pub, and paddle tennis.

To keep a great balance in the house, we’re looking for a female housemate to join the group. We carefully select our tenants to ensure a positive house dynamic, and you'll have the opportunity to meet everyone before you decide to move forward! 💯

THE BILLS 💷
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner, bi-weekly gardener and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £100 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.👍
