Hi everyone! We're looking for a new housemate to join our 5-bed home in Tooting, SW17.

📆: Room available from c.28th April (flexible)

📍 : Between Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway

💵: Rent: £865 pcm (bills included)

👭: You'll be living with 4 lovely girls, ages 28-30, all working in different fields. We're a relaxed and friendly house, and would love to find someone of similar age and vibe. Everyone has joined via either Spareroom or gals who rent, and this has always worked very well!

🏠: The house is in a great location for the tube, supermarkets, restaurants, and fun places like Tooting Market and Tooting Common. Our road is quiet and leafy, and we really do have the best of both worlds in terms of being close to the high street but away from the hustle and hustle.

The room is on the first floor and comes furnished - bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table all included. The rent includes all bills (water, electricity, gas, wifi), which is a real bonus, and the landlord is very responsive and helpful when needed.

The house is on three floors, and has three bathrooms (very handy!), a relaxed living room, and a garden, which is lovely to have in summer.

I've lived here for four and a half years and have loved the location, the reasonable rent and the people I've shared with. I'll be sad to leave my lovely housemates but looking forward to finding a lovely new person to replace me. My room is being taken over by one of the existing girls, so we can be flexible on move-in dates 😊
