We have a bright, double room available in our Tooting house-share. The house is pretty big with living room, two bathrooms, kitchen and amazing garden with outdoor furniture. The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and two set of drawers.
We're about 8 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway station and tube, and is handy for the pubs/bars, restaurants and shops.
A little about us - we are 3 professionals (Eleanor, Erin and Jon) aged between 28 and 32. We've been in the house for 4 years and are a pretty sociable and easy-going bunch.
Our current housemate is sadly leaving to relocate so we are looking for a new housemate to join us. We're looking for someone chilled, easy going and sociable.
The room is available from around 8th May. Rent is £575 a month with bills around £75 a month including council tax, utilities, fibre broadband and a cleaner (who comes every other week).
