To tell you something about us and the house.

About us.....

We are a house of 5 people including Peter, Mat, Shabz and Carmen. We are all easy going and get on well with each other. It's a great atmosphere, nice and chilled.

The House....

5 really good sized bedrooms, all with double beds. Two bathrooms, a lounge with French windows onto a large, beautiful well-kept back garden with furniture.

The room is a large double room on the 1st floor with 2 bathrooms on the same floor.

It's on a great street, 1 min from the main road where conveniently there is a bus stop! (Great for winter and lazy mornings!) Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway tube stations are approximately 6 mins walk each way and there is a Tesco express, large Sainsbury's, doctors, pharmacies and many, many takeaways! There is also a market less than 10 minutes away - basically all you need on your doorstep.

Rent includes all bills except internet (£8) and the deposit is payable as soon as you accept the room. .
