Hey everyone, we are a group of 4 (2 guys, 2 girls) currently looking for a 5th person to move in with us. As a house we're really sociable and laidback - all with our own lives but find time for movie nights, BBQs and a few beers.
The house is huge - a separate living room to kitchen and a spacious garden where we can do BBQs etc in the summer. It's located less than 5 minutes from Tooting Bec station, and surrounded by loads of cool restaurants, pubs and bars!
The room itself (£500 + bills) is located on the first floor - really bright with lots of natural light and storage space, with a brand new bed, wardrobe and carpet.
