Great sized double room in tooting!

Great sized double room located on a lovely residential street in upper tooting!

About 10/12 minutes from Tooting Bec station.
Tooting is a great area with tooting market just down the road with lots of bars/restaurants.

We’re a group of 4 girls (aged 26-30) who have all come via spare room but are now good friends. I am sadly moving out so looking to find my replacement. 3 of us work in the city with a mixture of in the office and wfh. The room very comfortably fits a desk which is great for working from home! Whilst our other flat mate works on TV/film locations (some very interesting stories to share).

*Move in date 5th of March*

The house has a fully kitted out kitchen, utility room, living room and downstairs toilet. Upstairs is the main bathroom with a separate toilet.

Everyone is super chilled and lovely, we do do things together whether that’s going out for dinner & drinks or chilling at home with a glass of wine. We also do have our lives outside the house so it’s a great mix. Truly a great bunch of gals to live with if you want a nice homey feel while in London!

The Details:

Furniture in the room - desk chair came with the room, all other furniture was my own but I am looking to sell my bed, mattress and chest of drawers. So can discuss if interested.

Bills - all included in the rent cost this includes wifi.

Extras - we have Netflix & Amazon Prime connected to the TV

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for another girl to fill the room who is between the ages 26-34 and who is in full time employment.
