Spacious double room close to Tooting Bec station

Afternoon potential housemate,

We have a room going in our lovely home in Tooting Bec from the start of May for a short term 4-month let. The room is very spacious and has a huge window with lots of natural light. You have your own toilet downstairs and a decent sized bathroom shared with 2 others.

The house itself is spacious, we’ve lived in the house a while now so it’s well kitted out and homely (bonus points if you have an air fryer to add to the mix). We also have a lovely patio / garden which we will be using for some great BBQs in the summer.

We’re a six minute walk from Tooting Bec station and just up the hill from Tooting market!

We’re a sociable bunch, but equally have our own lives so we’re looking for someone similar! It’d be great if you’re into your food and would be keen to get involved with the house meals when they come about but not a deal breaker.

Ideally we’re looking for a male between 24-29 to fill the room to keep the male to female ratio, sorry ladies.
