We’ve got a double room available in a ground floor flat (that has just been renovated). Our third flatmate is moving out and we need someone to replace her asap.

🏡The room:
The room itself comes with a double bed/mattress, wardrobe and set of drawers. The room can easily fit a desk if needed to accommodate wfh. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with one other. The room will be £1090pcm without bills.

The flat has an open plan kitchen/living space, a private garden and a basement for extra storage.

📍The location:
It’s a great location- 8 min walk from Tooting Bec tube station and Wandsworth common is 5 mins down the road.
Lots of parking on nearby roads but you will need to get a permit.

👯‍♀️The flatmates:
You’ll be living with 2 girls, young professionals, aged 24/25 who work hybrid in financial services and marketing.

We're the kind of flatmates who love to socialise at the pub or with a Sunday morning walk to a coffee shop. We’ve also got our own friends in London and equally enjoy a chilled night in the flat. It would be amazing to find a like minded girl to join us- friendly, clean and tidy and respectful.
