*LOOKING FOR A 4TH HOUSEMATE TO JOIN US FOR A NEW CONTRACT IN TOOTING BEC ✨💖 MOVE IN DATE: 24TH JULY*

The contract is ready and will need to be signed on Monday 27th May - must be able to commit to paying the deposit ASAP!

*About us:*
We are 3 girls in our late twenties (28/28/29)who have been living together for a while. 🐥☀️

We all work professional jobs and are a mix between full time in the office and WFH.👩🏼‍💻
We are a fun but hardworking group and don’t take ourselves too seriously! 😋 In the week we are pretty chill; watching MIC or MAFS, with the occasional Thursday drink 💃🏽🪩 or sunset walk along the river. 🌅

We all enjoy running / gym / bottomless brunches 🍹🥂 🪩💃🏽 and an afternoon on the common in the sun 🥰 We usually cook together in the week and will make the occasional Sunday roast that SLAPS!! 😂

*About you:*
We are looking for someone who is in their late twenties, has their own friends but is also happy to spend time together as a house and be more than someone who just rents the room. We all get on really well and have created a great living environment that we would love you to be a part of 🏡👩🏽‍🤝‍👩🏼👩🏽‍🤝‍👩🏼Your salary will need to be around the £50k mark to fit the spec of the landlord!

*The room:*
The room is a big double with built-in wardrobes and comes unfurnished with an office room located next door with additional storage and desk space. You will be sharing a bathroom with 2 of the girls and there is an additional toilet downstairs and an en-suite on the top floor. The room is £1100 + bills and the tenancy is for 3 years with an option to change the name at any point in the tenancy. We don’t have pictures of the property only a video so the screenshots do not do it justice!

*The house:*
Located a 7 minute walk away from Tooting Bec station, (Northern Line). 🚇 It is 3 floors with a large kitchen / living and dining area and a gorgeous big south facing garden!! ☀️☀️☀️SUMMER BBQS!!!
The house comes unfurnished but we’ll be moving all of our furniture over from our current house (farmhouse chic vibes). We also have an adorable outdoor pet cat called Pablo who will be moving with us 🐈‍⬛
