We're looking for a roommate for our spacious 5-bedroom house in a gated community in Tooting Bec (9min walk to Tooting Bec tube station - Northern line, and 17min walk from Wandsworth Common rail station).

The available room is a fully furnished single with additional storage space in a closet adjacent to the room. The room shares a bathroom with one other room. The house has a living room and conservatory, a private garden, and a kitchen with gas stove, 2 ovens, a double size fridge/freezer, and all your kitchenware essentials. The house also has a washer and dryer.

Water, gigabit broadband, council tax, and home insurance are included in monthly rent. Energy bills aren't included.

About the housemates: we're 4 professionals hoping to live with other professionals in their 20s. Our interests include fitness, movies, reading, and socialising, although we also appreciate the importance of personal space.
