Double room in cosy Tooting Bec flat!

Our flatmate is moving out so we’re looking for a girl to take a furnished double room in our 3 bed flat in Tooting Bec.

The location is super convenient — around a 5 minute walk to the Northern line and Tooting Common.

- Private courtyard (exclusive to the flat)
- Fully furnished

The room includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table (no desk or desk chair). The bathroom is shared with one other person.

Bills not included but about £100 a month.

👯‍♀️ About us
We’re two girls already living in the flat (one kiwi and one brit), we’re both sweet treat enthusiasts, professional yappers, and spicy marg coniusseurs. We spend a lot of time hanging out together — anything from a couple of drinks at the pub, cinema trips or cosy nights in watching TV. Current favourites include Heated Rivalry, The Summer I Turned Pretty and The Traitors. We both work hybrid so the couch becomes a shared desk at times.

We love our lil flat so ideally we’re looking for someone who wants a friendly, sociable, clean home and would enjoy joining us to hang out but equally respect downtime and personal space.

📝 Tenancy details
The fixed term runs until the end of August and then rolls monthly. This will be a tenant swap into the existing contract.
