Bright, Spacious Room in Friendly Tooting Bec Home – 7 Minutes from the Tube
We’re a friendly, cosy household looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely home. The available room is a big, bright double, just a short 7-minute walk from Tooting Bec station and only 5 minutes from beautiful Tooting Common.
You’d be sharing with two women and one gay man, all aged 26-29 who work in London (mostly in the office, with the occasional WFH day). We enjoy having a cosy, clean and tidy home where everyone feels comfortable and has their own space.
The house has:
• A spacious lounge and well-equipped kitchen
• Three bathrooms (one ensuite)
• A sunny garden with outdoor furniture and a BBQ – perfect in summer
• A peaceful, family-friendly street with great coffee shops nearby
We’re looking for a female aged 26-32 who is clean, considerate, and enjoys relaxed evenings at home as much as going out and doing her own thing.
We value a calm, clean, and respectful environment. Our evenings tend to be relaxed, and we each have our own social lives, often spending weekends out and about.
