Large double room in Tooting Bec

We are looking for a third flatmate for our flat in Tooting Bec!

Rent will be £913 (not including bills, which come to around £100-£150 a month). The contract will start from June 6th, and is likely to be a year.

We are 3 mins from the tube, which is so handy, and its a lovely first floor flat with quiet neighbours downstairs, close to tooting common and generally really homely!

It would be sharing with me (Katy) and my friend Helena - I’m 28, and have lived here a year, and Helena is 29 and has been here for a couple of months now! We generally like to keep a calm and homely vibe in the flat, watch tv together and go to the pub but equally have our own friends and respect eachother’s space!

The room is the largest in the flat, and includes a double bed and wardrobe. There are lovely double windows looking out onto the street. It is ideal for wfh. I will add photos to the ad asap!

We share a patio garden with the couple who live downstairs, and sometimes get to look after their dog! The area is super safe and quiet, and provides lots of lovely coffee shops ☺️

We’re looking for someone tidy and respectful, who we can have a laugh with! Non-smokers please, not a party house, and no pets (sadly!)
