We have a spacious double room available in our lovely 4-bed house, just a 5-minute walk from Tooting Bec Station (Northern Line) – perfect for commuting or working from home.

🛏️ The room:
The room is located on the ground floor and comes fully furnished with a double bed and ample storage. It’s quiet and bright, making it ideal for working from home.

🏠 The House:
The house is a 4-bedroom terraced property with two bathrooms (so no queues for the shower!), with a garden and plenty of storage space throughout. Bills are all included in the rent – that covers council tax, energy, broadband, water, and everything else.

👋The housemates:
You’ll be sharing with two friendly 30-year-olds (one male, one female) who have been close friends for years. Both are working professionals with busy lives, and the house has a calm, respectful vibe.

🔍 Who we’re looking for:
We’re ideally looking for a working professional who is tidy, respectful, and friendly. Unfortunately, the room is not suitable for students or couples and is single occupancy use only.

📍Location:
The location is fantastic – just 5 minutes’ walk to Tooting Bec Underground Station (Northern Line), with easy access to Tooting Common, local supermarkets, coffee shops, and great restaurants.

Rent:
Rent is £1,000 per calendar month, with all bills included and no extra fees.
