I’m moving away for a work opportunity last minute, so this beautiful room has become available sooner than expected.

It’s a spacious double room in an unbeatable location, just 1 minute from Tooting Bec Tube Station (Northern Line) and surrounded by everything you could need: cafés, supermarkets, gyms, a great hair salon/barber, and nail places all within a 3-minute walk.

The rent is £890/month, all bills included, as we’ve known the landlord for years and were given a great deal for the location. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen and a homey lounge area with a TV, perfect for relaxing after work. There’s also fast Wi-Fi and a separate study room that isn’t currently being used, ideal if you work from home or want extra space.

There are two other housemates, all in our mid-to-late 20s, friendly, kind, and easy to live with. They’ll both be travelling soon, so you’ll likely have the place to yourself a lot of the time.
