Hey :) I’m looking either a couple or single person to join my home at the end of February(flexible on move in date) for a long term let (until end of September min)

The flat is 30 second walk from Tooting Bec underground station and Sainsbury’s local. Minutes from great local pubs, Tooting Common and Lido. Balham and Tooting Broadway only 15 minute walk away. A fantastic location!
This bedroom room includes a big double wardrobe with drawers and a double bed. There is space for desk so ideal for WFH. The bedroom is situated at the back of the property away from the main road.

I am Rachel, I’m 34, I am a full time cafe manager and in my final 6 months of training as a psychotherapist.
I have lived here for 5 years and truly consider this my home, I have a 10yr old pug called Hippo.
I love cooking for others, watching TV, making clothes and enjoying craft beers at the local pubs.
A comfortable, clean, friendly, open household is most important to me.

Rent is £1350 PCM plus bills (average bills are £150-175a month which includes council tax and all utilities). A full credit check and contract signing will be required by the estate agents and I am only interested in a serious long term letter. Deposit £1150.
minimum let of 8 months only! Tenancy runs out end of September with possibility to extend.
