Tooting Bec Lido and Wandsworth Common are also within easy reach.

The room is available from 15th January 2026.

Rent is £525 a month.
Bills are roughly between £100-£130 per month.
The deposit is £694. This is held with DPS.

The agency is Rampton Baseley and you must be able to pass referencing.
This means listing your employer details and your landlord details. You'll have to physically visit the agency branch and submit proof of ID, (current) Address, Employment, Salary and Right to Rent.

We also get a cleaner once a month which comes to about £40 (£13 each).
