I am subletting my room while I go back to NZ for a month and a half from the 22nd of December until the 6th of February. The house is located an 8 minute walk from tooting Bec station and a 12 minute walk to tooting broadway station (Northern line). There are also plenty of bus stops within a 3-5 minute walk from the house that go towards the city.
The house is super modern and clean 3 story flat and has a nice open plan kitchen and lounge living area so plenty of space for everyone to cook. We have two bathrooms and two toilets. We also get a cleaner in every second Thursday to keep up the cleanliness of the house.
My room is on the third floor and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, set of drawers, mirror, and clothing rack and with plenty more space to spare.
You will be living with two kiwi couples and one Australian girl who are all in their late 20s to early 30s, they are all very social and easy to get along with.
For the full month and a half the rent is £1200 including all bills. Can be somewhat flexible on dates and amount of weeks etc.
