Hello! I’m for someone to take over my large, ground floor, garden room in Tooting Bec. I’ve been incredibly happy here and I’m sure that whoever comes next will have the same experience!
The house is big (we have a small extra bedroom, which is great for hiding our laundry or having friends / family to stay), and the garden is enormous. It’s a super safe environment, and less than a ten minute walk to the tube station. Bills come to £150 each month.
Hamish and Alice (New Zealander and Italian) are a dream to live with. Hamish makes a mean cocktail and we love a rugby / MAFS sesh. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!!
