I’m moving in with my boyfriend, so I'm looking for someone to take over my big double room in a Tooting Bec flat!
It's less than ten minutes from the station and around 15 minutes to Tooting Broadway and the big Sainsbury’s. The common is just a few mins walk away.
The room is a large double with built in wardrobes and chest of drawers. There is also plenty of room to fit a desk in but you can also work wherever you’d like in the flat.
There's a shared bathroom and a very large living room, with a separate kitchen/dining area and a garden. And loads of storage!
About my flatmate: You’ll be sharing with Emily (27) who is lovely and works in the office 5 days a week.
Rent is £1050 a month and approximately £150 for bills. Deposit is 5 weeks rent.
Move in date is mid January as the landlord needs around 3 weeks to check references.
