- The room is a small double room with the bed and bedside table included. The wardrobe can be purchased from the current flatmate should you want to buy it!

- 10-minute walk or 2-minute bus ride from Tooting Bec Tube Station (Bus routes 319 and 249)
- Short walk across from Tooting Bec Common
- Well connected and convenient; nearby shops, Sainsburys local, coffee shops and the Rose and Crown and Wheatsheaf pubs
- 20 min walk from Tooting Broadway with shops, markets and pubs etc
About Me!
- Can spend an evening binging a series on Netflix or making dinner and having chats
- Enjoys brunch, coffee, walks, runs, gym, yoga, theatre, gigs and pub visits for a wine/cocktail/pint
- I work an office job with a mix of 2-3 days a week from home or in the office
