Huge ensuite room in Tooting Bec

Hi team! I’m looking for someone to replace me in my gigantic ensuite bedroom near Tooting Bec station. It’s big enough to fit about 3 double bed and still have room to move 😂

It’s a 4 bed, 3 bath terraced house with a garden (bedroom wall is external so no noise from neighbours) 🏡

You’ll be living with 3 other girls in their late 20s-early 30s so they’re looking for a girl in that age bracket (no couples or pets). The usual requirements of being friendly, clean and a genuinely nice person!

The flat is about a 5 min walk to Tooting Bec station (northern line), 5 mins to Tesco express, 5 mins to Lidl, so it’s very well positioned on a quiet residential street.

You’ll be signing onto a new 12 month lease, starting 1st April, but there may the oppourtunity to move in slightly earlier/sublet off me for a week - I’m moving in with my boyfriend.

Costs:
£1000 deposit
£1190 monthly rent (due ahead of the 1st of the month)
£70-120 monthly bills (power/gas, council tax- Wandsworth woo, water, wifi)
