One of our current housemates is moving to Australia, while another is moving in with their partner (sad for us, exciting for them!) , so we’re looking to welcome some fresh faces to our gaff.

You’d be living with a of mix of 5 Aussies and Brits (3 guys, 3 gals) aged 25-30. We all work in different professions like Data, PR, and Education, who love communal WFH days with a coffee from our fave cafe two doors down. We’re a sociable bunch often hanging out together at home or in the pub, hosting dinner parties, but we also respect having our own space and circles.

We’re looking for someone who’s:
- Friendly and sociable
- Employed with UK working rights
- Relatively normal
- Not a serial killer (obviously)

We are on a rolling month to month lease and looking to fill two full furnished rooms. Bills usually come to around £100 pm. Larger room is on the ground floor with a desk and its own detached bathroom.

We’re holding viewings next week from Monday 16 February.
