The room

Hi! We’ve got a double room available in our friendly, sociable house, and we’re looking for the right person to join us – not just rent a room.

You’ll be living with two women, aged 29 and 32. We’re clean and tidy, love a good balance of staying active, going for drinks, wholesome hobbies and having fun. We’re looking for someone similar — female, 28 to 35, sociable and clean — and who wants to be part of a home.

The room comes unfurnished but the person leaving would love to sell on all of her items, which includes a bed, bookcase and clothes rail.

The flat has an open-plan living room and kitchen, one bathroom plus two other bedrooms. We do a mix of office and home working and are looking for someone doing the same.

Bills range from between £100-£115 a month on top of rent, depending on the time of year.

We’re looking for someone to move in from 20th March but could be earlier, with a deposit of £1000.

Referencing will be required and for this reason, only those in full-time employment earning over £27,750 will be considered.
