Spacious Double Room - Tooting Bec

Hi! I’m moving out of our lovely flat in Tooting Bec around 20th March, so we’re looking for a female professional to take my room and join the household.

Move-in date is flexible, but from the 14th March is preferable.

You’d be living with another girl who’s a 22-year-old professional — friendly, tidy and easygoing.

There is also another room available, so we’re looking to fill two rooms. If you and a friend are looking together, that would be ideal — but we’re also happy to chat to individuals.

We’re into:

• 🧠 Pub quizzes
• 😌 Chilled vibes & Wine nights!!

The room:
🛏️ Bright and spacious with a king-size bed, large wardrobe + plenty of storage, and space for a desk (ideal for WFH)
🏠 Shared access to a big kitchen, great for cooking and hanging out
💵 Bills are approx £120/month (not included) — usually more in winter, less in summer
📌 Minimum salary requirement: £31,000
