My friend and I are sadly moving out of our gorgeous Tooting Bec flat in mid-March (flexible move in date!!) so there are two rooms available in this spacious, welcoming home.

You’ll be living with one absolute gem of a girlie from Scotland 🫶 (friendly, tidy, very easy to live with), and the second housemate is currently TBC - but if you and a friend are looking to move together, this could be perfect as both rooms are available at the same time!

The Room I have (£1033pcm):

✨ Comes with access to an additional end room - ideal as a WFH office, clothes room, extra storage space or even a cosy little TV snug!
Perfect if you like having a bit of extra breathing room or work from home regularly.

The Flat

🏠 Large shared kitchen with plenty of space to cook and hang out
😌 Lovely chilled atmosphere, the flat feels homely, not just functional
🚇 Superrr close to Tooting Bec station and the common (huge summer bonus ☀️ )

Bills are approx. £120pcm (a bit more in winter, less in summer). We are in the cheapest council tax borough in the UK (Wandsworth - Band D) 👀

There is a minimum salary requirement of £31,000.

This has been such a happy, easy flat to live in. Think:
