I’m looking for someone lovely to take over my double room in our home in Tooting Bec.

It’s a really bright, spacious bedroom in a two-storey flat with a garden and driveway parking, which is quite rare round here. The house has a proper home feel, not just a rental. There’s a main bathroom plus a downstairs loo, and the landlords are genuinely great and responsive.

Location wise, it’s ideal. Less than five minutes to Tooting Bec tube, around five minutes to Wandsworth Common and a short walk to Balham. You’ve got green space, good coffee spots, gyms and everything you need nearby.

You’d be living with me, I’m 30 and looking for someone in their late 20’s. I work in Formula 1 and travel occasionally for work, I’d also be in the office around 3 days per week. I’m a typical girl who’s looking for a housemate I can be friends with, not just passing ships. It’s a calm, girly, tidy home and would suit someone looking for a cosy, homely vibe.
