Hello! We've got a room becoming available in our friendly, chilled house in Tooting Bec as our flatmate Molly has bought a flat and is leaving us :(

We are looking for a girl to join our home to keep the current structure of the house. Ages between 25-30. Minimum earning requirement is 28K and you must be in full time work. The room is £950 per month (bills come to around £100), and we also have a cleaner who comes monthly - that's £20 each.

You'll be living with Sarah, a Physio who loves running and fitness and Harry, a Quantity Surveyor, who loves watching sport, coffee and hummus! We both have our own social lives but love coming together in the evenings to watch TV, catch up over dinner and to do the odd park run!

The house has a warm, relaxed vibe — we're clean and considerate, and looking for someone similar who wants a home, not just a room. The room is fully furnished and has plenty of space for a desk if you work from home (Molly will be taking hers with her).

We're in a great location - Tooting Bec station is just a minute walk away, with loads of great cafes, pubs, and Tooting Common just a few minutes walk away, as well as Tooting Market.
