Looking for a new housemate in our sociable Tooting Bec home🌿
We have a double bedroom PLUS a separate study available in our friendly, all-girls house in Tooting Bec. The house also has a garden and parking, and the rent is £775 per month.
The house is a 15-minute walk from Tooting Bec station, with good bus connections and a local gym nearby. Tooting Bec Common is also very close, perfect for a quick lunchtime walk if you’re WFH.
We’re looking for a female housemate aged roughly 28–35 who’s sociable, relaxed and tidy, and happy to be part of a friendly household rather than just renting a room. We all have our own routines but enjoy catching up over dinner, drinks, or the occasional weekend plan.
The housemates:
Maria (29) – Fashion merchandiser who loves the gym and is currently training for the London Marathon. Big fan of brunch and a serious bookworm.
Manahil (29) – Works in academic publishing. Huge F1 fan, hot chocolate enthusiast, and loves travelling.
Emily (29) – Architect who loves sport (especially netball) and will rarely say no to a social plan.
We’re looking for someone friendly, easygoing and keen to make the house feel like home.
