Myself and 2 friends have placed a holding deposit for a 3 bed in Tooting Bec, however due to a change in circumstances I am needing to fill the other 2 rooms within the next 24 hours.
Location:
Tooting Bec📍3 mins walk from the tube, super close to Balham. Located on a stunning street.
The house:
Large living room and separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, outside garden space.
Rooms:
Tenancy start date: 26th March.
Room 1 - £1,100 (+bills) comes with wardrobe, bed and chest of drawers.
Room 2 - £1,200 (+bills) the biggest room in the house and comes with a large double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed.
About me:
I’m 25, work within the civil service and have just recently relocated from up North. I love a pub trip, reading, exploring the city or a good ✨tv rot ✨on an evening after work. Looking to be friends with whoever I live with and not just housemates.
The estate agents need the name changes/details ASAP in order to proceed so the person would need to be willing to submit details/referencing/take their passport into the office asap.
