8 minutes walk to Tooting Bec tube station.
You would be sharing the flat with myself, another lad, and 2 girls (couple) who have a cute little dog called Honey.
The flat hosts a very large upstairs kitchen and lounge area, with views of the entire London Skyline - from Canary Wharf, City of London to Battersea Power station.
The terrace also has sun from 11am until sunset which is fantastic in the summer months.
We’re a friendly group who in the main have their own lives in London so are looking for someone independent who is generally quiet and laid back and just looking for a place to relax outside of the hectic London life or a base to have if you often travel for work etc. (And of course is comfortable with a dog).
