Looking for a friendly new housemate to move into this homely house in Tooting Bec. Looking for a professional who wants a peaceful house that feels more like a home. Someone who appreciates their own space but can also socialise on occasion. The house is a great place to relax at the end of a long day.
The bedroom is spacious and features original fireplaces/ features.

The house is fully furnished and has a separate kitchen and lounge, a shared upstairs bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC, a downstairs toilet, a rear private garden and a spare room for storage/hanging the washing.
The house is situated on a quiet street and is conveniently located within a 6 minute walk from Tooting Bec underground. It is also only 15-20 minute walk from Balham train station, with good transport links to Clapham Junction (10 minutes) and central London (20 minutes).
Local amenities include Sainsbury's, good pubs, takeaways and restaurants/cafes, gyms, and Tooting Bec Commons. Tooting Bec Lido and Wandsworth Commons are also within easy reach.

We are specifically looking for a female professional, aged between 30 and 40. Main things to ask for is someone who wants a quiet house and is respectful of noise levels to maintain our peaceful environment.

Rent is £600 a month.
Bills are roughly between £100-£130 per month.
The deposit is £694. This is held with DPS.
Council Tax band E.
The agency is Rampton Baseley and you must be able to pass referencing.
This means listing your employer details, your previous/current tenancy and landlord details. You'll have to physically visit the agency branch and submit proof of ID, (current) Address, Employment, Salary and Right to Rent.
We also get a cleaner once a month which comes to about £48 (£16 each).

Viewings are tentatively scheduled between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM on the following dates:
