Looking for a flatmate - start date end March/ early April.

The room:

Spacious with good lighting. Currently has a king size bed (as in photos). Comes with Chester draws, under bed storage and I can provide a rail for anything that needs hanging.
Anything can be replaced with your own furniture.

The flat:

Flat is a new build, with very good natural light.
2 bedroom 2 bathroom (so you wouldn’t have to share the bathroom pictured with anyone).

Location:

2 minutes walk from Tooting Common.
15 minutes walk/ (5 minute bus) from Tooting Bec and Broadway stations.

Nearby local shops, only 15 minute walk from an Aldi and Sainsburys local.
Local coffee shops, pubs and Tooting market all 10/15 minute walk.

About me:

Easy going, can spend an evening in binging films/ tv series or cooking and chatting.
Enjoy watching/playing sports.
Enjoy a pint and pub evening.
Work in the city and usually work from home 1/2 days per week.
