Hi everyone!!

Our housemate is moving out so we will have a double room available. The move in date can be flexible anytime throughout April.

-5 min walk to tooting Bec station
-10 min walk to Wandworth common
-15 min walk to balham high street, 15 min walk to tooting broadway shops and sainsburys local and tesco express very close too.
- large open living area & out door garden area
- fully furnished large double bedroom (shared bathroom with one other girl)
-plenty of attic storage

You’ll be living with me (Ada, 22), Adam (24), and Emily (23). We have all moved from Aus in the past year and would love someone who’s not just a housemate, but also someone we can genuinely get along with and be friends with. We enjoy the occasional night out at the local pub, but also love a movie night in!

We all work full-time, so we’re ideally looking for someone in a similar routine and around our age.

Move in date: anytime in April

Rent: £1000 excluding bills- usually around £80)
