Hi, I'm looking for a guy to replace myself in our great 4 bedroom house in Tooting Bec! We have a ground floor room available which is fully furnished with full use of a downstairs bathroom. There is plenty of space in our communal areas along with a large garden and patio area. The house has three bathrooms, a living room, dining area, laundry area and kitchen.
The house is situated on a quiet residential street and is a 10 minute walk from Tooting Bec station and within five minutes of a supermarket. There are plenty of pubs nearby as well as Tooting and Wandsworth commons also being just down the road.
Bills are not included and are managed by us and roughly come to £100 per month.
We're looking for someone who is sociable, friendly and tidy. You'll be joining three great housemates (1 guy and 2 girls) who are a mix of hybrid and fully remote workers. They all like a night out at the pub or an evening in front of the TV. Their interests include going to the pub, socialising, cooking, yoga, going to the gym, running and cycling.
