Looking for someone to take the top room in our lovely house in Tooting Bec from the 1st of June!

The house is newly renovated, so feels fresh and modern. We have a lovely open plan living room/ kitchen with bifold doors that open up to a garden.

The room is at the top of the house and is super spacious, bright, and airy. It’s been finished to a high standard, with its own ensuite and plenty of built-in storage. Just a heads up that the room comes unfurnished (the rest of the house is fully furnished as we’ve been living here for the past couple of years).

📍 Around 8 mins to Tooting Bec Station, ~15 mins to Tooting and Wandsworth Common, and about a 20 min walk to Balham

👥 You’ll be living with three friends, all working in the office 3-4 days a week aged 27/28. We’re all friendly and sociable, but also have our own routines during the week. We’d love to find someone in a similar age range who’s looking for a relaxed, friendly home - and hopefully a new friend too 💚💚

We are looking for someone to take this over on a long term basis - females only, no couples or students sorry!
