💰: £803 (RENT £695 + bills avg £108, deposit £666)

🛏️: Furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, bedside drawers, small wardrobe

MOVE IN: 10th May (flexible can be earlier)

Looking for a clean / considerate housemate who’s up for girly chats, shit TV binging sessions and a glass of wine. We are not a party household so would love to have a girl who’s looking to maintain our wholesome homely vibe.

HOUSE NOTES 📝

Due to the open plan nature of the house, and the fact we do both WFH, this room isn’t suitable for someone who does shift work. You would have to be okay with sharing the dining table if you WFH as the room will not fit a desk. Must be in full time employment to pass referencing checks.

ABOUT US 💅

Jeanine (28) - Works in finance, loves rugby and getting her groove on at festivals 🕺🏻 WFH 1 day a week

Soph (33) - Works for L’Oréal, loves going out for a wine and you’ll typically find her watching The Office on repeat or doing a haul of her yellow sticker bargains 🤩 WFH 2 days a week.
