Our flat is located on a quiet residential street with easy access to the northern line, and 5 minute walk from Tooting Bec common.
The flat is a 3 bed, 1 bathroom (with a bath) and ground floor with a small garden (great for laundry).
The room comes with the wardrobe, bed and additional cupboard with shelving. I bought the desk off of the previous tenant so happy to sell this cheap with the room!
