Large double room in 4 bed flat Tooting

I’m moving out of a spacious double room in a 4 bed, 1 bath in Tooting Bec. You will be iving with 2 boys (29 and 31), two rooms available (message for the other details) for 2 girls 23 and up. 2 mins walk from Tooting Bec (northern line) and 5 mins from Tooting common.

The flat has a garden, living room and kitchen, all moderate sized while the two available bedrooms are large (assuming 4x4m but don’t have a tape measure). I am early 20s and have really enjoyed living here - it is a seperate co-living space with friendly occupants (rooms available separately or together but I will need to get the other rooms details from the landlord)

We are strictly looking for girls to fill the 1/2 available rooms to make sure it’s 2 girls/2 boys in the flat. 23 >>
