Isabelle and I are looking for someone to join us in our lovely Tooting Bec flat as our current flatmate is moving out of London! Move in date is from 15th June (earlier move date might be possible).

£989 per month & £100-120 bills incl. council tax. Deposit is 1 month’s rent.

🛌 Spacious double, furnished (bed, beside table & wardrobe) and enough space for a desk for WFH.

🏠 Residential street, lovely coffee shop at the end of the road, supermarkets nearby, back garden and approx 10 mins to Tooting Bec station.

👯‍♀️ I’m 25 and Isabelle is 23. We’ve been here together for 1 year and both WFH 2-3 days per week. We love staying active, Isabelle is into running & I enjoy netball and going to the gym. We also love pub eves and making the most out of living in London!

Hoping to find someone around our age with similar interests who would like to join us for the occasional chill in the garden and pub trips, and who wants to be friends not just flatmates 😊 & of course someone who is clean and tidy 🧼.

The landlords require someone in full time permanent employment earning >£31k.
