Double Bedroom with En-Suite, Tooting Broadway

We have a double room with en suite to fill in a house in Tooting as one of our housemates is relocating out of London. The double room is a great size and comes UNFURNISHED with an en-suite bathroom. Bills generally come to around £100pp per month. With rent and bills, the new tenant can be expecting to pay £1010 per month in total.

The property is a real gem with a fully furnished open plan living room/kitchen/dining area complete with bi-folding doors giving access to a good sized garden - perfect for the summer! Located just 10 mins walk from Tooting Broadway underground, and 15 minutes walk from Earlsfield station, there is also a bus stop right outside the house with access to the 77, 44 & 270 routes.

The room is available from 1st June, but we may be able to be flexible on this for the right housemate!

I'm Gina (30). I work in marketing and have lived in Tooting for 9 years, the last 6 of which have been in this house. I’m a keen runner and love to train for big events. I’m currently training for Ride100.

Claire (32) works in fundraising for a homeless charity. Loves a yoga class or a hike and is always up for exploring new parts of the city. She has lived in the house for five years.

Nish (31) works in marketing, loves running and always up for a Barry’s, and brunch. She also used to have a little baking side business so can be persuaded to bake sweet treats!

We're looking for fun + friendly (preferably female) housemate who we can socialise and be at ease with. We try our best to do things as a house (meals, day trips) where schedules allow, but are equally happy just doing our own thing or chilling together in front of the TV. Generally we're pretty house proud, tidy, considerate and always up for a laugh!
