Short term let right next to the Tube station

Looking for a cool, friendly housemate for the second room in my flat. In short, the flat's well kept and cosy but the main thing here is the location.
Tooting: recently voted in top 10 coolest neighbourhoods in the world on lonely planet.

Remember, this is a short term let. I am actually going to be selling the flat soon but would like the room filled until that happens. Minimum 1 month. Rolling thereafter.

The Room: Double room. Just repainted with a big bright window and plenty of plugs (important). There's a nice built in double wardrobe. The photos unfortunately taken at night so doesn't do it justice.

The Flat: First floor flat, nice living room/kitchen area with large windows looking out onto the high street. Great for people watching.

Location: About a 30 second walk from Tooting Broadway station on Tooting High Street.
Above Tooting's Sadiq-Khan-famous Market, filled with cool bars/restaurants. It's also opposite a South London favourite pub - The Castle and near all other shops and bars tooting has to offer.

Other housemates: Just me, and I'm the live in Landlord. However, I want this place to me as much mine as it is yours, so please feel free to redecorate (to a degree) and feel like you're really in your own home.
I am a Media Planner. I'm chilled out, clean/tidy and very friendly. Keep myself busy socially, but I'm always open to a beer/gin when it's needed. I like: music (electronic, rock, soul), football, bad jokes.

Requirements of you: Be chilled out. Independent..
I'm happy with a male or female but appreciate not all females would be comfortable living with just one guy but that's up to you.
Also, be aware your room looks out on the high street, there's a net curtain for privacy and the windows keeps most the noise out but bear it in mind.
