I am sadly leaving my lovely double bedroom in Tooting Broadway.
I'll be leaving behind my wonderful flatmates, Fionnuala, Sarah and Katie, all between 26 to 29, and work in project management, for finance magazine, and a people consultant.
We are a sociable bunch, enjoy binge watching shows on Netflix and spending time together during the week but enjoy going out, exploring London and have a drink or two on the weekend. But also respect the fact that everyone has their own life. We’re not a massive party house but we love having BBQs and some drinks in the garden during summer
The house is a 5 minute to Aldi, Lidl, tk maxx Tooting Broadway station and the tooting market.
At the moment we pay around £60 per month each for bills, but obviously that can vary a little depending on the time of year.
We use splitwise for common household items like toilet roll and washing up liquid etc.
The room comes with the bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, and I'd be happy to sell you the desk if you wanted as I have a new one, but happy to discuss.
The house has 2 bathrooms and a small spare room as well.
