We’re looking for someone to join our lovely house in Tooting as our current housemate is moving in with their partner. We’re a super friendly bunch, always up for a laugh and love a trip to the pub or a bbq in the garden.

We’re currently two Irish and one Northerner, all working the corporate life in London. We’re looking for another lad to join the house to keep the balance of 2 boys/2girls as its worked so well thus far!

The house is a stunning 4 bed with garden (and a bbq!) 2 minutes walk from tooting broadway tube and just round the corner from Aldi, tooting/broadway markets, primark, etc.

The ground floor has a spacious open plan living and dining area with a huge modern kitchen coming just off that with 2 fridges and dual ovens so no fighting over space! We also have a lovely garden which is astro so no upkeep and great for BBQs in the summer!

The room is a large En-suite double with loads of space. Everything you see in the room comes with the room. Cost is £855 per month - Plus roughly £100pm for bills on top. This covers everything the house needs to function including all bills, internet etc.. ALSO includes cleaner.
