The room is a double with plenty of space - comes with a double bed and a large desk. You also have your own bathroom (with a bath)!

There is a large lounge with plenty of space and an equally large kitchen.

It's a spacious flat, with high ceilings and plenty of room. It's just over the road from Tooting Broadway underground station, and just a minute or so to the supermarkets and Tooting Market. It benefits from only having (very friendly) neighbours upstairs.

My flatmate of nearly 5 years is moving away but she is very sad to leave!

This would suit a fellow professional who is friendly and social, but happy with their independence also.

I work in advertising, from home 3 days a week. I enjoy football, music and the usual social life London offers.

Bills are not included and are split -this is approximately 130 each a month; this includes council tax, broadband, gas and electric.
