Single Room Available in Tooting

Hello!

We are looking for a new housemate to move into a single room as our old housemate has moved out. Available from the 5th of September for 1 year. As a house full of girls, we are looking for a respectful and tidy female.

Transport links: 18 minute walk to Tooting Broadway, 10 minute walk to Tooting Railway Station, 4 minute walk to closest bus stop, 12 minute walk to Lidl.

About the room: this room comes furnished with a bed and a chest of drawers. There is other designated storage for you in the house, such as the cupboard under the stairs and in the living room.

About the house:
We have a decent sized living room with sliding doors that open up into the south facing garden which I am attempting to keep on top of (sometimes the weeds win). The kitchen has a gas hob and you would have your own cupboards for your kitchen bits and bobs. We have a shared bathroom between us with a bath shower.

Bills: they usually come to between £50 to £90, obviously depending on the time of year. This includes energy, water and wifi.

A bit about us:
We are Sophie (23), Jasmine (20) and Kai (20), 3 students in the healthcare field. We all love fashion, binge watching tv and the occasional night out. We are all tidy individuals who love a good gossip but also understand and value personal space. As we occasionally have to do night shifts on placement, we would like our new housemate to be respectful when we have to rest during the day.

As we are all students we do not pay council tax. So if you are a professional, please be aware that you would need to cover these costs.
