Sunny double room in Tooting Broadway with cat

I have a double room available in a bright and beautiful flat, 5 mins from Tooting Broadway tube and less than 2 mins from the best pub in Tooting, the Selkirk!

I'm 32 and work in fashion in Soho 3 days a week/2 at home so I'm looking for someone with a similar hybrid WFH schedule.

I'd love to live with a similar aged woman who I can be friends with rather than just flatmates, catch up with trash TV (bonus points if you love MAFSAustralia, love island and rosé!) and trips out to the pub/things in London every now and again.

I have a rescue cat called Strawberry who is a little darling, loves cuddles and fuss, so the new flatmate would be someone who loves cats ideally!

Someone who has previously flat shared, is tidy and knows the deal re shared living would be ideal - it's a calm and peaceful space to come back to at the end of a long day so no party people please.
The new tenant would need to pass referencing with the agency. They are pretty good, as letting agents go, they mostly leave us alone but if we need something fixed they are on it.

The room comes with a double bed, mattress and large wardrobe - it also comes with a separate walk-in-wardrobe cupboard which is really handy.

The rent is £1185 including all bills (inc Community Fibre wifi which is the best!) The flat is really well built so heating bills are never a problem and it’s fully soundproofed. Block is really secure with only 4 other flats so everyone knows each other. it's a great spot!
We also have a roof terrace which is HUGE, perfect for summer drinks!
