Double Room in a sociable house in Tooting

Hi all! We have double room available in a 4-bedroom house in Tooting. £750 a month plus bills which comes to about £80 per month this includes a fortnightly cleaner (bills expect to go slightly up during winter months). The house has a large kitchen, garden, two bathrooms, and downstairs toilet, and is a 3-5 minute walk to Tooting Broadway station. Unfortunately our housemate is moving to have a taste of the east scene and we are looking for a new lovely housemate!

Current housemates are all girls. Andrea is 26 and is a nurse so always there to support you on the flu season, Ishi is 25 and works in Consulting and myself, 25 and working in Marketing! Looking for someone who is in a similar age range to us✨

We’re a social house so we’re looking for a friendly housemate that can join us on our night outs, dinner parties, have few drinks with us, and those odd Sunday Netflix recovery session, but also respect everyone’s personal space. The house is treated like a home and we like to keep it clean and tidy, so we’re looking for someone clean, tidy and easy and fun to live with ✨🕺🏻

Unfortunately our landlord doesn’t accept students.

We have a lovely garden and with the sunny days coming up bonus points if you know how to do a BBQ 😂
