VERY Large Room in Tooting Broadway

Hello!

Moving out of my extremely large room in Tooting Broadway to move in with my girlfriend and I travel a lot for work so I'm never around.

Living with 3 other guys in their mid 20s - all super friendly and really cool fellas.

The gentlemen are very genuine and socialable people, always down to hang out, go out and have a big one, or just chill at home - anything is chill!

Archie 22 - originally from Sheffield, works in film and television so he is away quite a bit apart from weekends for half the year. Absolute legend and loves his sport & pubs.

Joe 26 - Hails from Yooooooooorkshire, works in finance or insurance (I think lol). Loves a chat and a big Football head.
Adam - From Bristol and has the weirdest accent I've ever heard, speaks fluent Spanish and works as a distaster insurance analyst for South America (random). Equally loves a yarn, sport and the pub!

Adam 26 - great fella from Bristol and our most recent roommate. Works in catastrophe/disaster insurance in Colombia so is low key South American at heart (plays South American music constantly and cooks insane food, also fluent in Spanish). Loves his sport and beers!

The kitchen is jointed to the main living area so it’s not separate. My room so large, I found it difficult to fill it out, so if you want space is London this is the go! There’s a big turfed backyard area that's pretty decent for summer as well.

It is a very guy heavy house however girls are definitely welcome to apply as well, the girlfriends are over quite a bit so it's a nice mix.

Move in date is ASAP, the landlord is also requesting £900 excluding bills. He's also a very chill landlord, I pretty much just have to select someone and they're in so the process is super easy.
