Looking for a good egg for good size room in a friendly house share in Tooting Broadway. 5mins walk from Tooting Broadway station, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

About us - We’ve all been in the flat for varying lengths of time but met through spareroom and have since become good friends. We all have busy lives so are often out and about, but we like to have a meal or drink together when we can and there’s always someone around for a chat. Aisling is a high school P. E. Head. Clemmie is in events and Jack is a video editor.

We would love someone who is open to have a chat, get involved and make this house a home. We understand everyone needs their space at times too and are looking for someone who is respectful of everyone’s space and is also clean and tidy. We’re an LGBTQI+ friendly house.

About the house:
- 5 minute walk to Tooting Broadway station on the Northern line
- 20 minute walk to Tooting common
- 5 minute walk to a large Sainsbury’s, Aldi and Lidl.
- 5 minute walk to loads of amazing pubs, restaurants and Tooting markets.

The is flat is over two floors and has

- A garden which we share with a lovely man who lives on the ground floor and looks after it.

The room:
- Large double room
- Comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe.
- Shared bathroom with only one other person
- Available from late March/early April 2026 (flexible on moving in date up until the 12th)
- The room is single occupancy so no couples, and professionals only please.

Costs:
- Rent £612.50 per month
- Bills come in at £125 per month all together (council tax, water, TV license & wifi, gas & electricity, and the cleaner who comes once every two weeks.
- Deposit is £475
